Different Methods for Checking Nainital Bank Account Balance

The bank’s customers can check their balance both online and offline by using the phone banking and telebanking services, which include SMS banking, passbook, ATMs, mobile apps, customer service, UPI, WhatsApp, USSD, and net banking.

Methods for Checking Your Nainital Bank Balance:

Mobile Banking:

Depending on your device, you can download Nanital Bank’s mobile banking app from the app store or play store. Details about your bank balance are displayed in the Account summary section, which is accessible from the main dashboard following account login. The Nainital Bank mobile banking app can be downloaded, activated, and used to check your bank balance.

You must get in touch with your bank and complete the mobile banking activation account form in order to activate the mobile banking app. The bank will issue you login credentials and activate your internet banking access for both mobile and net banking.

Net Banking:

Online access to account balance is available to Nainital Bank account holders who have chosen net banking. After entering their User ID and password to log in, account holders should view the account balance tab on the dashboard.

Please take note that starting on July 1, 2014, any users using an SMS to access the SMS Alert service will be charged Rs. 15 per quarter (taxes included).

ATM:

To find the balance of your bank account, you can also use the Nainital Bank ATM Card linked to it. The service is available on any bank ATM and is free to use. You can take the following actions to use the service:

  • Enter by swiping your ATM card from Karnataka Bank.
  • On your ATM, enter the four-digit PIN.
  • “Balance Enquiry” is the option you should choose from the ATM’s menu.
  • The page is now showing the balance in your account.
  • To create a mini-statement or receipt, select the “Generate Mini-statement” option.

Customer Care:

The number 1800-180-4031 can be used to check the bank balance of your account in Nainital. The number is a customer service number that will be called by a customer service executive. You will be asked for some verification information, and the executive will then offer you the specifics of your bank balance.
