IndusInd Bank announced on Thursday that it has hired several new top executives to help grow the bank faster and make its core operations stronger. This is part of a big change being led by the new Managing Director and CEO, Rajiv Anand.

Viral Damania is now the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has over 27 years of experience and previously worked at Bank of America India and Citibank.

Anand Vardhan is the new General Counsel (legal head). He has 26 years of experience in legal roles at major companies like the Piramal Group and ICICI Bank.

Pragati Gondhalekar is the new Head of Internal Audit. She has nearly 30 years of experience in audit, risk, and compliance, and has worked with Deutsche Bank.

Pankaj Sharma will lead Business Transformation. He used to be in charge of strategy at Yes Bank.

Sheran Mehra is the new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). She has held marketing roles at Tata Digital, DBS Bank, and Barclays.
These changes are part of a larger plan by the bank to build a stronger leadership team and ensure long-term success.
