Zubin Mody, who was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) has resigned after serving the company for two decades. He submitted his resignation on July 25, 2025 and will take effect on October 24, 2025. The bank shared this news in an official filing on Friday. The Bank’s board accepted his resignation.
In his resignation letter, Mody said that bidding farewell to IndusInd Bank was a tough decision for him after serving the bank for 20 years. He mentioned that he now wants to look for new career opportunities outside the organization. He thanked the board, his colleagues, and all stakeholders for their support over the years. Zubin Mody said that he will ensure a smooth transition in leadership. He promised to fully support the bank during the handover period.
The bank’s board accepted his resignation and said that Mody’s exit is due to personal reasons and not related to any internal issues. He ended his message by wishing the bank and his team all the best for the future.

Zubin Mody has been working in the field of Human Resources since 1993. Zubin has also gained experience in HR roles at ICICI Lombard General Insurance, ICICI Bank, Heinz India, and Marico. Zubin holds a PGD in PM&IR with a specialization in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Zubin completed his ICSE from Loyola School.
