Using SBI YONO app:
- Launch the SBI YONO app on your mobile device.
- Choose the “Service Request” option under the “Quick Links” section.
- To verify, select “Block ATM/Debit Card” and input your profile password.
- Proceed by clicking “Activate Card” and following the instructions.(Put the Account Number in here. The blocked ATM card number.)
- You will receive an OTP for verification after correctly submitting your details.
- After clicking “Submit,” a confirmation message indicating that the status was activated was displayed.

See the SBI Branck and Contcat helpdesk that is closest to you.
Request an application to unblock your ATM or debit card.
Fill out the form with all the information shown below.
- ATM card’s linked account number.
- Last Four Digits of an ATM Card Blocked.
- CIF number for SBI.
- Client ID.
- ID evidence of the account holder from the national or local government.
Check the form carefully, then sign according to the bank’s records.Attach the necessary files, then turn them in at the assistance desk.
After the bank officer verifies it and approves it, you will receive an SMS containing the service request details.
The SBIĀ ATM card will be unlocked after 24 bank working hours.
Then, an SMS containing the unblocking status details will be sent to you.
