- On your phone, launch the iMobile app.
- Select the ‘Services’ option located at the bottom.

- Enable “Online” transactions now, along with the associated limit.
- In a similar vein, enable and configure the “Tap&Pay” transaction.

- Select the ‘Cards&Loans’ option now.
- Click the “ATM/Debit Card” option from the submenu.
- Click the “Manage Card Limits” option on the screen now.
- After choosing the debit card on the new page, hit the three selections from the screen: “Retails transactions,” “E-commerce transactions,” and “Contactless transactions.” Establish the limit for every transaction as well.
- Lastly, input the OTP that you received on your registered mobile number and click the Submit button on the new page.
- Now, input the numbers from the debit grid that is displayed on the reverse of your debit card, then press the Submit button.
- The ICICI debit card can now be used for online transactions, and your new limit has been set.
Activating via by calling customer care:
Take these specific steps:
- Dial 18601207777, the ICICI phone banking number, from the registered cell number you provided.
- Choose a language to use on the IVRS menu.
- You can say “Enable online transactions” straight out of the new menu, or you can wait for IVRS to advise you what to say.
- To access the Saving account, press 1 and wait for the next menu to appear.
- To manage your debit card limitations, press 5.
- Enter the 12-digit account number or the 16-digit debit card number.
- To authenticate using OTP, enter the PIN on your debit card or press 2; then, enter the OTP that was sent to the registered mobile number.
- To activate domestic usage, press 1; to control domestic usage, press 2; and to enable it, press 1.
