Qualification:
- Manager– Finance & Accounts: CA Inter, Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Head – Retail Broking – Sales & Acquisition: Post Graduate degree, Chartered Accountant, or Master of Business Administration from accredited universities; a higher degree is favored. 10 plus Years in a Broking Firm with Product & Sales experience.
- Digital Business Development Managers (Off Roll): Minimum completion of 12th grade in English or a degree in any field. At least one year of experience in telesales is required, preferably in selling financial products. Understanding of the stock market and procedures related to demat and trading accounts is a plus. You should have good communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowing regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali is also beneficial. Must be at ease using mobile trading applications and digital platforms for KYC. A strong focus on customer service and effective persuasion abilities are important.
- AVP– Finance & Accounts: CA, Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Retail Broking – Manager (State Head – Karnataka): Graduate or Post Graduate from approved Universities. Minimum 5 Years of Experience.
