Global Finance magazine has announced the winners of its World’s Best Banks 2025 awards and for the first time State Bank of India (SBI) is named as the World’s Best Consumer Bank.
SBI received this top honor for its strong focus three main areas i.e. customer service, digital growth, and making banking more accessible to people. The bank has made big investments and improved its online and mobile banking so people can do banking easily from their phones or computers. SBI is opening new branches to make banking available to more people and is also adopting modern technology. These efforts have helped SBI grow its business and profits significantly.
