Qualification:
- For the position of Customer Service Associate (CSA): Qualification: Applicants must have completed their Graduation or Post Graduation, achieving at least 50% marks in their Graduation or Post Graduation examinations in any recognized disciplines from an accredited university or institute, meeting the acceptable standards of the Bank. Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates possessing strong computer skills and proficiency in both Hindi and English languages. Experience: No prior experience is required.
- For Probationary Officers in Grade/Scale-I:Qualification: The applicant must have completed their Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks in the Graduation or Post Graduation Examination in any field from a University acknowledged by the Government of India or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Experience: None required.
- For Risk Officer in Grade/Scale-I: Essential Qualification: A full-time or regular degree in MBA (Finance) or a Master‘s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics with a minimum of 60% marks from a University or an institute approved by AICTE is required. Desirable: Candidates who hold a certification in ‘Risk in Financial Services’ from IIBF, ‘Integrated Risk Management’ from NIBM, GARP-FRM levels I or II, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) will be given preference. Experience: None required.
- For Chartered Accountant (CA) at Grade/Scale-I: Required Qualification: The candidate must hold a certification as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Experience: None
- For the position of Information Technology (IT) Officer in Grade/Scale-I: Essential Qualification: A 4-year degree in Engineering or Technology in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunications, Electronics and Communication, or Electronics and Instrumentation is required. Alternatively, a Postgraduate degree in Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunications, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Instrumentation, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications will also be acceptable. Additionally, a Graduate who has completed the DOEACC ‘B’ level is eligible. Marks Required: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 60% in both their Graduation and Post Graduation examinations. - For the position of Agricultural Field Officer in Grade/Scale-I: Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, which is a 4-year program, in any of the following fields: Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Cooperation and Banking, Agro-Forestry, Forestry, Agricultural Biotechnology, Food Science, Agricultural Business Management, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or Sericulture. - For Manager-Law in Grade/Scale-II: Essential Qualification: A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council. Marks Required: A candidate must have minimum 50% of marks in Graduation & Post Graduation examination. Experience: Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution OR Minimum experience of 3 Years of practicing as an Advocate independently or with the Law Firm of good repute before a district or High court out of which 1-year experience of working as Law Officer in Bank or FI’s. Desirable: Candidates with Master’s degree will be given preference.
- For Manager-Security Officer in Grade/Scale-II: Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Experience: Minimum 05 years’ Experience as an Officer in Indian Army/Navy/Air force not below the rank of Captain (In Army and subsequent in other forces) OR Minimum 05 years’ Experience as an Officer in Paramilitary not below the rank of Deputy Commandant.
