- The officer must have retired from the Bank’s service upon reaching the age of 60, which is the standard retirement age.
Qualification:
- Educational Qualification: Not Applicable (NA)
- Experience (Preferred): Work experience in the area of credit / audit / Forex background is preferred.
- Eligible Scales (Retired Grade): MMGS-III, SMGS-IV, SMGS-V, TEGS-VI – retired from SBI or its e-Associate banks on superannuation
- Officers must possess a strong history of performance and a comprehensive understanding of the Bank’s systems and procedures. There should be no question regarding their integrity throughout their service. No disciplinary actions or penalties (including censure or more severe measures) should have been imposed in the five years prior to retirement. Additionally, there should be no ongoing cases with the CBI or any law enforcement agency.
- The Retired Officer should maintain good health and not be suffering from any major ailments.
- The retired officers will not accept any assignment with any other organization during the period of contractual service. The applicant should have been retired as on the date of submitting the application.
Salary:
- MMGS-III: Rs 45,000/-
- SMGS-IV: Rs 50,000/-
- SMGS-V: Rs 65,000/-
- TEGS-VI: Rs 80,000/-
- Cluster Audit (2 or more branches for weekly audit) / Currency Chest Verification / Forex Transactions / FSLOs etc.: Rs 2,000/- per visit / per branch
