SBI CBO Recruitment 2025: Official Notification Released

SBI has released its official notification for the recruitment of Circle Based Officers (CBO) on its official website. This recruitment drive is for 2600 posts.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Age Limit: Minimum age is 21 and Maximum age is 30. (Age will be calculated as on 31st  April 2025.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a scheduled commercial bank or regional rural bank.

  • Should be familiar with the local language

Application Fee:

  • General/OBC/EWS: ₹750

  • SC/ST/PwBD: Exempted from fee

Selection Process

  • Online Test – Includes both objective and descriptive sections. 
  • Screening – Verification of documents and work experience.
  • Interview – Assess profile, aptitude, and banking knowledge.
  • Local Language Test – Ensures proficiency for the applied circle.

Documents required for the application

  • A passport-sized colored photo (background should be white or light-colored).

  • Clear signature on white paper using a black or blue pen.

  • Educational Certificates

Candidates must have a graduation degree in any field from a recognized university.

 Preference will be given to the candidates holding additional certifications, such as       CDCS, Certificate in Trade Finance, or International Banking.

  • Caste certificate for the reserved category candidates.
  • Aadhaar card, Voter ID, or any other government-issued ID for ID proof.

  • Domicile Certificate.

  • Income Certificate for EWS category candidate.
  • Certificates for special categories (such as PH, Ex-servicemen) if applicable.
