Qualification:
General Manager:
- A recognized University graduate or postgraduate. Ideally, the candidate should possess a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA, or certification in banking or cooperative banking, such as the Diploma in Banking and Finance, Diploma in Cooperative Business Management, JAIIB, or CAIIB.
- A minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in General Banking functions is required. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Senior Management roles, such as Chief Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Deputy General Manager, with a strong understanding of banking operations, credit, compliance, audit, information technology, legal matters, and related areas. Preference will be given to individuals who have experience in co-operative banking.
Assistant General Manager (Loan):
- Graduate or Postgraduate from an accredited university. Ideally possessing CAIIB, JAIIB, a Diploma in Banking and Finance, a Diploma in Co-operative Business Management, or a similar qualification; alternatively, a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or MBA in Finance.
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in General Banking operations is required. A minimum of 5 years in the Loan or Credit Department at a Senior Management position, such as Senior Officer, Head of Department, or Chief Manager, is necessary. Strong management and administrative abilities are essential, with a preference for experience in cooperative banking.
Head of Department:
- Graduate or Postgraduate from an accredited University. Ideally possessing professional credentials in banking or cooperative banking, such as CAIIB, JAIIB, Diploma in Banking and Finance, Diploma in Cooperative Business Management, or equivalent; alternatively, a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or MBA in Finance.
- A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in relevant functional areas including Treasury, Investment, Accounts, Management Information Systems (MIS), Inspection, Recovery, or general banking at the level of senior officer, Head of Department, or Chief Manager is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong managerial and administrative skills, with a preference for those who have a background in cooperative banking.
