RBL Bank recently made important leadership changes to help improve its operations. Here are the key points:
Narendra Agrawal is appointed as the President and Head of Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities.
He has over 25 years of experience in areas like deposits, lending, and payments. Agrawal will focus on growing deposits and improving the customer experience. He has a strong background in using digital strategies to grow businesses.
TS Pari is appointed as the Chief Operations Officer (COO). He has similar experience in leadership roles at foreign and private banks, will be responsible for improving efficiency, focusing on customers, and strengthening risk management in the bank’s main operations.
Alok Rastogi, Head of Corporate Centre, will continue to manage the bank’s operations and efforts to reduce costs.
These appointments are part of RBL Bank’s larger transformation plan. The bank’s MD & CEO, R. Subramaniakumar, believes that these changes will help speed up progress in important business areas.
