Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed the 10th standard (S.S.C./matriculation) in the relevant State/UT. On January 1, 2026, the applicant must be an undergraduate student. Applicants with better credentials and graduates are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates in the Ex-Servicemen category must have completed 10th grade (S.S.C./Matriculation) and at least 15 years of service in the defense sector, unless they have finished outside of the Armed Forces.
- Applicants to a recruiting agency should be proficient in the language (that is, they should be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend it) of the State/UT that the agency serves.
- Candidates with up to three years of experience working in the Reserve Bank of India, depending on the length of their experience there.
Salary:
- In the scale of 24250 – 840 (4) – 27610 – 980 (3) – 30550 – 1200 (3) – 34150 -1620 (2) – 37390 – 1990 (4) – 45350 – 2700(2) – 50750 – 2800 (1) – 53550 and other allowances, as admissible from time to time, Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹24,250/- per month.
- Currently, the beginning monthly gross compensation for office attendants (excluding HRA) is around ₹46,029/-.
- Additionally, if they are not living in the Bank’s accommodations, they will receive a house rent allowance of 15% of their salary.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- The Upper Age Limit Has Been Relaxed: The maximum age restriction will be loosened as follows:
- Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST): up to 30 years, which is five years in advance
- Other Backward Classes (OBC): Up to 28 years, or 3 years, at a time
Individuals with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): By 10 years (GEN/EWS), 13 years (OBC), and 15 years (SC/ST) - Former servicemen: To the extent of service rendered by them in Armed Forces plus an additional period of 3 years, with a maximum of 50 years.
- Widows, divorced women, and legally separated women who haven’t remarried: Up to 35 years (40 years for SC/ST)
- Candidates with prior experience working in the Reserve Bank of India: Up to a maximum of three years, depending on the length of such experience.
