Punjab National Bank WhatsApp banking: Check how to activate, services offered to customers and non-customers

With the recent launch of the new WhatsApp banking feature, Punjab National Bank (PNB) offers banking services to both existing and potential customers via WhatsApp.

The bank is currently providing two main categories of services that are being offered over WhatsApp. First, there is the Informative Service, and the second one is Non-financial Services.

People will be able to access all information related to banking with just a few taps. These Information Services include opt-in and opt-out options, online account opening, bank deposit enquiry, loan product details, information on digital products, NRI services, as well as the location of branches and ATMs.

Secondly, account holders may access non-financial services such as enquiry of account balances, access to mini statements, stop checks, and request for chequebooks.

How to activate PNB WhatsApp banking facility

PNB users can start the banking facility on WhatsApp by sending hi/hello on number customers +919264092640, the state-owned lender said in a statement.

PNB WhatsApp Banking Services Being Offered

1.Account-related services, such as checking your balance, obtaining the latest five transactions, getting a chequebook, etc.

2.Emergency services like stop checks, etc.

3.Enquire about the bank’s offerings, such as loan and deposit plans, latest interest rates, insurance plans, etc.

4.NRI Corner for services the bank provides to NRIs.

5.Enquire about the bank’s digital services, such as mPassbook, internet banking, and mobile banking.

6.The bank’s most recent offers.

7.Locating the nearest PNB ATM, BNA, branch, etc., or finding information for the bank on social media.

8.Getting access to user manuals, tutorial videos, and other bank forms.
