The bank has streamlined many channels that enable access to mini statements, Karnataka Bank balance inquiries, financial transfers, and other relevant services.

Methods for Checking Karnataka Bank Balance:

Missed Call Banking:

As the name implies, the Missed Call Banking feature allows customers to receive banking services, including mini statements of accounts and balances, by simply registering a mobile number and then calling the bank’s assigned number from that number. No spoken request is necessary. The primary benefit of this facility is that customers may obtain information instantly on their mobile device without having to visit a branch, use an ATM, or even use internet or mobile banking. This particular facility is open to consumers around-the-clock.

  • The Karnataka Bank balance check toll-free number (1800-425-1445).

How to use the missed call service in these steps:

  1. Dial the toll-free number from your registered mobile number.
  2. The call will automatically disconnect after a few rings.
  3. You will receive an SMS with your current account balance.

How to Avail the Service?

  • The consumer must register their mobile number with the bank in order to use the service. After their number is connected to their active account, they can use it by placing a missed call to the bank’s allocated number. All current Bank clients who have registered their cell phones and linked them to their active accounts are eligible for this service; new registrations will automatically have this feature enabled by default.

Customers can do certain financial activities via SMS banking, a type of mobile banking service.

Procedure for Customer Registration:

  • The customer must register for SMS Banking at the base branch that corresponds to them.
  • The branch will examine the mobile banking application, following current KYC regulations, and turn on the feature.
