Paytm Launches ‘Total Balance Check’ Feature for UPI-Linked Bank Accounts

India’s leading digital payments platform, Paytm has launched a new feature called Total Balance Check is made to help people manage their money more easily, especially if they use multiple bank accounts with UPI (Unified Payments Interface).

Like if any person have more than one bank account linked with UPI on the Paytm app, this feature shows the total money across all those accounts in one single view. Before users had to check each account balance separately and add them up manually.
Now with Paytm adds it up for you automatically, after verifying your UPI PIN.

  • Users does not need to switch between different apps for different bank accounts.

  • Users can choose which bank to pay from when making a UPI payment.

  • It helps to budget better by tracking users spending from different accounts more clearly.

  • It saves time and reduces confusion with multiple accounts

  • It helps to avoid overspending or overdraft fees by showing total funds available.

How to Use Total Balance Check (Step-by-Step):

  2. Make sure to link all the bank accounts to a UPI app (like PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.).
