SMS Banking:

  • The user’s cellphone number should message 5676782 in the following format: REGISTER Customer ID> 15 Digits of Account Number>.
  • ‘BALANCE’ can be texted to 9717000002 by registered users.
  • Alternatively BAL [account-number] send to 5676782 or 9717000002.

Axis Mobile App:

Customers of Axis Bank can access mobile banking services using a number of smartphone apps, such as Axis Mobile, BHIM Axis Pay and Axis Netsecure.

Simple access to recent transactions and the current balance other functions, such as fund transfers and bill paying etc.

Internet Banking:

Anytime they want to check their account balance, AXIS Bank customers who have registered for online banking services can do so by logging onto their AXIS net banking portal.

ATM:
