Missed Call Service:

With your registered mobile phone, you can instantly check the balance of your South Indian Bank (SIB) by making a missed call to the following number:

A message with the user’s account balance will be sent to the registered mobile number shortly.

SMS Banking:

Clients of South Indian Bank can text their account balance to the following balance enquiry number to check their balance:

The user must use their registered mobile number to send a message in the format shown below:

Mobile Banking App (SIB Mirror+ & SIB Mirror):

With the app, you may view the information related to your savings account, loans, credit card, and deposits. In addition to many other features, users of the app can pay bills, transfer money, and check the balance of their South Indian Bank accounts.

Internet Banking:

Throughout the account opening process, SIB gives its customers the option of net banking in an effort to streamline financial operations. To start a transaction and access related services including fund transfers, utility bill payments, service requests, and balance checks on SIB, customers are given login credentials.

ATM:

You can also verify the balance in your SIB account by using an ATM. To find out your balance, go to the nearest ATM (it doesn’t have to be one run by South Indian Bank) and take the following steps:

  • Enter by swiping your SIB ATM card.
  • On your ATM, enter the four-digit PIN.
  • From the menu, you should choose “Balance Enquiry” for the ATM.
  • The page now shows the balance in your account.
  • To create a mini-statement or receipt, select the “Generate Mini-statement” option.

Visiting Branch:

After opening an account, customers can check their SIB balance with the given passbook. To update their passbook, customers can visit the closest SIB or use a passbook machine.
