Qualification:
Security Officer – Junior Assistant Manager (Grade O):
- A candidate must have completed XII/Diploma or an equivalent qualification from accredited institutions, possess basic computer skills, and have a minimum of 15 years of continuous service as a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) in the Indian Army, Indian Navy, or Indian Air Force, demonstrating exemplary conduct at the time of retirement as noted in the discharge document. Only experience gained as a full-time permanent employee will be accepted; periods of training, internships, apprenticeships, teaching, trainee roles, retainers, or positions through staffing agencies will not be included.
IT & MIS (Grade D/C/B):
- Individuals should possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics and Communications, Electronics and Telecommunications, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Data Engineering, or related fields, or hold an MCA or its equivalent from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates who have achieved at least 60% marks (or 55% for candidates from SC/ST/PwBD categories) and hold relevant certifications such as OCP, Data Analytics, SAS, Python, Project Management, Digital Banking, IT Security, Networking, etc.
- For Grade D positions, a minimum of 10 years of experience is required, including at least 7 years in a relevant functional area at the middle management level. Candidates for Grade C must have a minimum of 7 years of officer-level experience, with 4 years in a relevant field. For Grade B positions, at least 4 years of officer-level experience is necessary, including 2 years in a relevant area, specifically within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, or Large IT Services sectors.
Risk Management – Information Security (Grade C & B):
- A Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and Communications, Electrical, or Electronics and Electrical, or a Bachelor of Computer Applications/Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a Master of Computer Applications/Master of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized university is required. For Grade C, a minimum of seven years of experience is necessary, including four years in Information Security or Cyber Security. For Grade B, at least four years of experience is required, including two years in Information Security or Cyber Security, specifically in the IT, Banking and Financial Services Industry, FinTech, or within a corporate entity focused on IT, Information Security, or Cyber Security.
Audit – Information System (IS) (Grade C):
- A Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, Software Engineering, Electronics and Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Digital Banking; alternatively, a Bachelor of Computer Applications or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science; or a graduate in any field with a valid Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification; or a Master of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a Master of Computer Applications, or a Master of Technology or Master of Engineering in relevant fields from an accredited university, is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience at an officer level in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), Information Technology, or Information Security consulting sectors, with at least 4 years specifically dedicated to Information Systems Audit, Cyber Security Audit, or Information Security consulting.
Age Limit:
- Junior Assistant Manager – Security Officer (Grade O): Up to 50 years. (inclusive of all relaxations)
- Manager (Grade B): 25 to 35 years.
- Assistant General Manager (Grade C): 28 to 40 years.
- Deputy General Manager (Grade D): 35 to 45 years. (relaxation as per Government/Bank rules)
