Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field from a university that is recognized or approved by the government. organizations (AICTE, UGC, among others).
- A minimum of 60% marks is required for candidates belonging to General, EWS, and OBC categories, while candidates from the SC, ST, and PwBD categories must achieve at least 55% marks.
- A diploma alone is insufficient; applicants are required to hold a complete degree.
- The applicant must possess valid mark sheets for each semester or a consolidated mark sheet, along with a degree or provisional degree certificate that is dated on or before 01 March 2026.

Salary:
- Upon joining as a Grade “O,” the expected compensation on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis will be between ₹6. 14 lakh and ₹6. 50 lakh per year (for Class A cities) at the commencement of employment.
- Chosen candidates will receive benefits from IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) regulations established in 2011, as modified periodically.
- Career advancement: Officers in Grade “O” may be eligible for promotion to Grade “A” after serving for 3 years, depending on their performance, available positions, and the relevant promotion guidelines.
