  • Check if the blocking request is valid.

Using Union Bank Mobile App (if activated):

To block your Union Bank account or ATM card, follow these steps:

  • Get the Union Bank mobile app from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store, then sign in. Open the app if you already have it, then move on to the next stage.
  • Using biometric authentication or your username and password, log into your account.
  • Choose the “Cards” option from the home screen.
  • Choose the ATM card that you wish to disable.
  • Select “Block Card” from the menu.
  • To validate the action, select “Yes.”

Visiting a Union Bank Branch:

  • During regular business hours, stop by any Union Bank branch.
