Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University (CCSHAU), Hisar, has released the latest notification for recruiting Assistant Scientist, accountant officer, principal campus school, Chief security officer. The university online portal hau.ac.in and recruitment.hauiums.in opened on March 9, 2022, and has received around 415 applications. Out of that, there were around 50 applications filed by the bank managers. This is quite abnormal since the applicants were ready to leave the managerial post to join HAU Hisar in a junior position.
What is CCSHAU Hisar?
CCSHAU is an abbreviation for Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University. Located in Haryana, it is one of Asia’s most prominent agricultural universities. What was the reason behind the managers applying for HAU Hisar?
In the interview panel, it was pretty apparent for the jury members to question his interest in transitioning from bank manager to junior scientist at Hisar. The reasons stated by the bank managers were:
• A wholly packed schedule at the bank.
• Too many complications are involved in the work environment.
• Unable to spend spare time with family and friends.
These three primary reasons forced as many as 50 bank managers to be ready to leave the job and join HAU Hisar, even at a lower post with a comparatively low salary. Their ultimate goal was to be less stressed and spend time with near and dear ones.
To the response received, the chief jury member of HAU, Mr K.P. Singh, called for a meeting with the Haryana bank authorities. He advised them to consider it a matter of concern because if the young generation of energetic employees starts leaving the banks, a massive surge of problems will start bubbling up. This is because right from the farmers to the people belonging to the wealthy class, everyone is dependent on the banks in one way or the other.
The Bank expert reverted by describing the psychological stress resulting from the competitive environment and the demand to meet the targets. Today, the world is in a race. If you don’t compete, you will be left behind. Due to this fact, there’s much pressure on the employees belonging to the banking sector, Engineering sector and many more. As a result, the balance between personal and professional life cannot be maintained in most cases. So, most people prefer to change their job instead of failing in their own lives.
