Eligibility Criteria:
- Consultant – Credit Business & Operations: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Banking, Banking Management, or an MBA with a focus on Finance, Banking, or Marketing. Additionally, qualifications may include a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech), Bachelor of Engineering (B. E), Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Institute of Cost and Works Accountants (ICWA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), or Bachelor of Science (B. Sc. ). (CCS) / LLB from an accredited University or Institute. A minimum of three years of experience in bank branch operations at the clerk level or a higher position is required.
- Senior Consultant – Credit Business & Operations: Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Banking, Economics, Finance, MBA, PGDM, PGDBM, M. Tech (IT/Computer Science), LLB, LLM, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, CFA, CAIIB, or JAIIB. A minimum of five years of experience in a Middle or Senior Management position within the banking sector.
Salary:
- Consultant – Credit Business & Operations: ₹40,000/- p.m.
- Senior Consultant – Credit Business & Operations: ₹50,000/- p.m.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age 25 years, Maximum Age 62 years
