Age Limit:

• Minimum Age Requirement: 22 Years
  
• Maximum Age Requirement: 40 Years
  
• Counselor FLCs: Must be older than 45 years but younger than 65 years
  
• Age relaxation is permissible in accordance with applicable regulations.

Educational Qualification:

• Faculty: Candidates must possess a post-graduate degree, such as MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology, MA in Psychology, BSc in Agriculture, or a BA with a Bachelor of Education.
• Office Assistant: Applicants should be graduates with a degree in BSW, BA, or B.Com, and must have proficiency in computer skills, including TALLY, MS Office, and internet use, along with typing abilities in English and Hindi. It is preferable that they have a fundamental understanding of accounts and bookkeeping.
• Attendant: Candidates are required to have completed their matriculation, with a preference for those capable of reading and writing in the local language.
• Watchman/Gardener: Individuals should have completed a minimum of the 7th standard.
• Counselor FLCs: Candidates must hold either a graduate or postgraduate degree from a university recognized by the UGC. In addition, they should be computer literate and possess a working knowledge of MS Office, internet usage, and typing in the local language.
