Qualification:
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field, such as Science, Commerce, or Arts, or a Master’s degree; however, preference will be given to those with a degree in Master of Social Work, Master of Arts in Rural Development, Master of Arts in Sociology, Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Science, Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Marketing, or Bachelor of Arts with Bachelor of Education, among others.
- A passion for teaching and proficient computer skills are required. Strong communication abilities in the local language are necessary, and proficiency in English and Hindi will be considered advantageous.
- Typing skills in the local language are mandatory. Desirable qualifications include proficiency in typing in Hindi or English, which would be beneficial.
- Experience in an educational role as a faculty member is preferred.
Salary:
- The total monthly salary is Rs. 30000/-. An annual performance incentive of Rs. 2000/- will be granted based on a favorable evaluation of the services provided, along with an annual amount of Rs. 40000/- derived from a calculation of 2000 multiplied by 5.
- The salary increments earned will be maintained during each contract renewal, and the contract will remain in effect until the retirement age of 60 years or the conclusion of the project period, whichever occurs first, contingent upon satisfactory performance and the periodic renewal of the contract.
- Mobile allowance is set at Rs. 300/- per month. Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Employees’ State Insurance (ESI), and gratuity will be allocated according to established regulations.
