Qualification:
- AGM – Risk Management (Scale V): A full-time Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Analytics (which includes Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science) with a minimum of 55% marks, or a full-time MBA in Finance or Banking, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management or a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management, with at least 55% marks from a university approved by AICTE or UGC.
- AGM – Compliance / Risk Management (Scale V): A full-time Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics or Economics, or a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics with at least 55% marks, OR a full-time Master of Business Administration in Finance or Banking, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management or a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management, also with a minimum of 55% marks from a university recognized by AICTE or UGC.
- AGM – Asset Liability Management (Scale V): A full-time Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree, or a postgraduate degree or diploma in business management, banking, or finance, or being a Chartered Accountant is required.
- AGM – Digital Risk & Analytics (Scale V): A full-time Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics, or a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering is required. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, PGDM, PGDBM, or PGDBA in Finance, or a postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Econometrics.
- AGM – Finance & Accounts (Scale V): Required: Completion of full-time graduation AND successful passage of the final exam administered by ICAI, along with enrollment as a member of ICAI (Chartered Accountant).
- AGM – Credit Officer (Scale V): Chartered Accountant, CFA, or CMA-ICWA from a recognized institution, or a full-time postgraduate degree in Banking, Finance, or any credit-related field from a recognized university, institution, or board, with a duration of two years.
