Qualification:
- Faculty: Individuals must possess a degree in any academic field. Preference is given to candidates holding an MSW, MA in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, or a B. Sc. (Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Marketing) / Bachelor of Arts with Bachelor of Education. One should possess an aptitude for teaching and a strong understanding of computers.
- Office Assistant: A graduate with a degree in Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Bachelor of Arts (BA), or Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) who possesses computer skills. A foundational understanding of accounting is preferred.
- Watchman / Gardener: Completed the 7th Grade. Experience in agriculture, gardening, or horticulture is preferred.
- Attendant: Completion of Secondary Education (10th Grade).
