- Job Responsibilities Oversee, examine, and interpret all Management Information System (MIS) data pertaining to the designated area (Head Offices, Sub Offices, Branch Offices, and Individual Banking Corners), while collaborating closely to improve process effectiveness and standardization.
Perform regular visits to Head Offices, Sub Offices, Branch Offices, and Individual Banking Corners to promote and advance the India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) initiatives by organizing Business Camps, Financial Literacy Camps, fairs, and similar events.
Aid end users at the final stage in addressing their inquiries regarding business operations, device management, and related issues, while also escalating concerns on behalf of agents to the Systems Integrator (SI) for technology-related support and resolution.
Support end users during the onboarding process by distributing devices, SIM cards, inventory, training materials, and gathering necessary information from end users.
Junior Associate: Degree in any field
- Job Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with all channel partners to enhance sales and circulate marketing information, events, training sessions, and promotions that will support the achievement of the Bank’s business objectives.
Promote and sell all available banking products.
Identify individual business correspondents for the purpose of onboarding and activation, as well as generating revenue from these correspondents.
Provide assistance to end users during the onboarding process by distributing devices, SIM cards, inventory, training materials, and collecting relevant information from end users.
Recognize potential business opportunities and organize sales campaigns in proximity to access points and Individual Banking Corners, as well as market areas to generate revenue for the Bank.
Engage with Department of Posts Head Offices, Sub Offices, and Branch Offices to increase revenue through cross-selling products and services, as well as sourcing Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) business and generating leads for other Bank products.
