Qualification:
- Deputy General Manager – Credit Monitoring: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM). The applicant is required to possess at least 15 years of experience in Banks, All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs), or Regulated Lending Entities, with a minimum of 10 years specifically in managing housing finance operations related to retail credit appraisal or risk evaluation. The experience certificate must explicitly state that the applicant was responsible for the retail credit appraisal or risk management of housing finance operations solely.
- Deputy General Manager – Sustainable Finance: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM. The applicant is required to possess at least 15 years of experience following their qualification in Banking, All India Financial Institutions, or Regulated Lending Entities, with a minimum of 10 years specifically dedicated to the field of credit.
- Assistant General Manager – Credit: A degree in any field alongside a Chartered Accountant designation or a Cost and Management Accountant certification or Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation or an MBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from GARP or Professional Risk Manager (PRM) designation from PRMIA. A minimum of ten years of experience is required as an officer in banking institutions, financial institutions, regulatory agencies, or regulated lending organizations. Out of this total experience, at least eight years must be specifically in the fields of retail credit, corporate credit, or project finance.
- Assistant Manager – Audit: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). The applicant is required to possess at least one year of professional experience in the area of auditing after obtaining their qualification.
- Assistant Manager – Learning and Development: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM). The applicant is required to possess at least one year of experience following qualification in the area of learning and development or training, specifically within an officer position at Banks, All India Financial Institutions (AIFIs), Regulated Lending Entities, or Government Training Institutes related to Banking.
- Chief Information Security Officer: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in disciplines of Engineering/Technology, specifically in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical or a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from an institution recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory authorities. The applicant must possess a total of no less than 10 years of experience within the field of IT/Information Security, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to overseeing or executing Information Security or Cyber Security initiatives or projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Banking or Financial Sector.
- Head: Learning and Development: Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary or MBA or Postgraduate degree in any discipline. A minimum of 15 years of experience after qualification is required, with at least 4 years in the domains of Credit, Learning and Development, or Human Resources specifically within the housing finance industry.
- Senior Tax Officer: Qualified Chartered Accountant. A minimum of five years of experience after qualification in managing tax issues within Banks, Regulatory Authorities, Housing Finance Firms, or Public Sector Undertakings is required.
