Qualification:
- Head (Product, Investment & Research): A graduate or post-graduate degree from a university or institution recognized by the government or esteemed colleges is required. Preferred qualifications include CA, CFP, CFA, NISM Investment Advisor, NISM 21-A, or a Research Analyst Certificate.
- Zonal Head (Retail): A graduate degree from a university or institution acknowledged by the government is necessary.
- Regional Head: A graduate degree from a government-recognized university or institution is required.
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead: A graduate degree from a university or institution recognized by the government is necessary.
- Investment Specialist (IS): A professional qualification in the form of a post-graduate degree or post-graduate diploma in disciplines such as Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, or Actuarial Science from an accredited college or university, or CA or CFA certification is required.
- Investment Officer (IO): A professional qualification in the form of a post-graduate degree or post-graduate diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, or Actuarial Science from an accredited college or university, or CA or CFA certification is required.
- Project Development Manager (Business): An MBA or PGDM from a university or institution recognized by the government is necessary.
- Central Research Team (Support): A graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, or Statistics from a government-recognized university or institution is required.
